We currently only offer delivery to ensure safe transport of our equipment.

Our goal is to provide the best customer experience possible, so we always attempt to deliver within a 2-hour window based on the time you input at the time of booking. However, during periods of high volume, it may be necessary to deliver outside of that specific window. In that case, we will follow up with you within 24 hours of your booking to schedule a time that is mutually agreeable.

Prices on our website are based on a rental period of up to 4 days. This typically allows sufficient time for equipment to be dropped off before your event and picked up after. Longer rental periods can be arranged, if needed.

Yes, you can make last-minute additions or changes to your party rental order, subject to item availability. If you realize you need additional items or want to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests and update your order accordingly.

In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. However, we do not charge for regular wear and tear and cleaning. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

Once you book, which requires a 25% deposit and an electronically signed rental agreement, your rental items are reserved exclusively for you. We prioritize reliability and double-check every order.

Our pricing does not include setting up and breaking down the rental items at your event. However, we do offer this service for a $100 fee.
